How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?

Search retained confirmations for the seller or product name. Check whether you used a different contact address for this purchase.

How can I check whether a seller-provided guarantee applies to the purchase?

Ask what information would be needed to make a request under the guarantee. Keep the applicable wording with the order records.

How should I assess customer reviews before making a purchase?

Consider whether the reviewer describes direct use or only an initial impression. Avoid interpreting popularity as proof that the product meets your individual requirements.
